Eugene Vindman (VA-07). This bipartisan legislation enables DHS to better coordinate and share information ahead of this year’s major special events. Specifically, the legislation transfers the Special Events Program (SEP) from the Office of Intelligence and Analysis (I&A) to the Office of Homeland Security Situational Awareness (OSA).
