Washington, D.C. — Congressman Ryan Mackenzie (PA-7), representing the Lehigh Valley and the Poconos, has joined a bipartisan group of colleagues in supporting a framework for extending Enhanced Premium Tax Credits (EPTCs). The proposal, CommonGround 2025: A Bipartisan Health Care Framework, includes an extension of EPTCs for those making less than 600% of the federal poverty line (FPL) alongside commonsense reforms to reduce waste, eliminate fraud, and address insurance costs.

WASHINGTON, DC (November 19, 2025) — Today, Congresswoman Valerie Foushee (NC-04) and Congressman Ryan Mackenzie (PA-07) introduced the Military Family Diaper Assistance Act, bipartisan legislation aimed at increasing access to diapers for military families facing financial strain. The bill would establish a pilot program connecting community diaper banks with military installations to provide affordable diapers and diapering supplies to families in need of assistance.
