Washington, D.C. — Congressman Ryan Mackenzie, representing the Greater Lehigh Valley in Pennsylvania’s 7th Congressional District, has announced a second district-wide telephone town hall, giving constituents the opportunity to ask questions, hear about the work he’s done for them over the first six months, and learn how the recently passed House budget delivers tax relief, protects our communities, reforms government, and invests in our future. 

Washington, D.C. — Today, Congressman Ryan Mackenzie, representing the Greater Lehigh Valley in Pennsylvania’s 7th Congressional District, joined his colleagues in passing the Defense Appropriations Act, 2026. The legislation provides $831.5 billion to strengthen America’s defense, maintain military superiority, and support servicemembers and their families. Notably, the legislation includes three Mackenzie-authored amendments and one he co-sponsored, reflecting his leadership on priorities for the Greater Lehigh Valley and the nation.

The University had applied for the ERC in January of 2024, but hadn’t received a meaningful update from the IRS for over a year.
